Hey girls I'm happy with the weight I've put on since having my wee girl but my tummy is so big. when naked I look pregnant with a soft belly:(

I want to know what's the secret to losing tummy weight but not body weight??

Sit ups are good for wobbly belly, but not too soon after you have lil one

I find lots of water helps me x

water makes me look bloated:(


she's not a baby now but a toddler and yeah I was in denial. I wear dresses everyday over leggings or long tops to hide it none ever notices in fact people always say how lucky I am but only if they knew under those control leggings and control pants is a big fat lie arrrrgh....


I did try sit ups but I get bored and convince myself there no point doing them unless I'm doing them right and since I don't know if I am then it's pointless. Just excuses really!

Thats a shame because it really is the best thing!

I was really lucky my belly was completely flat a week after having Ollie, so I didn't really have to work at it or anything, everywhere else is still fat though so afer this one I'm in for a serious diet!

apparently yoga and pilates are great...but ive been doing it a while and not noticing much difference, my belly is terrible (although tbh my diet is rubbish and i give up exercising when i get tired haha) but you really feel it working in the right places so i reckon if you stuck with it it would help loads
