sorry to swarm you with fitness questions !!

as you know i have started gym .. but its ano frills one called pure gym!!

i wonder if you could help me know which machines are good for weigthless and not to much toning in begiining as my legs are really musclely and i dont want to get bigger i just want weight loss for now an di dont have clue which ones to use!!

for weight loss, i always say the treadmill...i LOVE my treadmill and it burns most calories as it's a full cardio workout

if you want to avoid adding muscle to your legs then avoid the bike as it's a cardio workout BUT the main muscle usage is the legs.

rowing machine is a good one for keeping upper body in good shape, it's killer on the shoulders and biceps, but that's a great thing!lol

cross trainer is one more for the arms so if you've got bingo wings this will be the best for you

overall they are ALL cardio so good for weight loss, so i say go with whichever one you prefer!

do they not have instructors that have written you up a workout program?

yea they do but you have to pay extra for them to help you !!

ok so i go ont he tread mill for 20 mins in the beggining then the rower then i go on the what i think is the cross trainer but i dont feel like it does anything.. (the cross trainer) is that that the one where your kind of moonwalking type thing!!!lols orry bad explanation!!.. on the tread mill again its only my legs that ache and my calves more than anythign and my muscles are huge there anyway Sad

yes, that is the cross trainer lol...if you feel like it's doing nothing then up the resistance until it's hard to push the bars.

all of the exercise machines really work the calves/legs so there isn't much you can do about that unless you stick to just a rower

ooopsie i diodnt think about makin it harder lol.. ok will do that tomorow lol xxx my endurance is ok its just that my legs muscles ache very quickly fro some reason i think from the way my body is made my legs seem to be the only thing that tone lol
