i got an evans card because im tight and there was a coat i wante that was £65 and i didnt want to pay that much and if you put it on a card you got 25% off so i did, well i keep missing the payments cos i have to go into town to pay and its so hard work for me to get into town so i keep getting charged! i've tried 6 times setting up a dd online but it says my details are incorrect everytime even tho they are not! i just ran today cos its 10p a minute number and it was some feckin indian who could barely speak english which really annoyed me!! and she said the couldnt verify it was me because all the details are incorrect again, so i explained that it said this online and its really irritating me cos i keep missing payments but cnt do anything about it but she wouldnt help and i couldnt understand her enough to explain any better so i hung up after 6 minutes!!
Rang again, on hold for 4 minutes, somebody answers and again i cnt understand a bloomin word, and then braden starts screaming so i;'ve just spend like £2 on phonecalls and got absoloutly nowhere with them and will still end up getting bloomin charged again!!!!!!!! im so angry, im gna try and get into town on friday and im jus gna pay it all off and say f*ck ya and close it! iwhy do they make it so difficult?"
