ava is sleeping a lot atm, she had 13 hours last night, we got up at 7.30 and I've had to put her to bed as she's exhausted, she's been the same all week, having at least 3 hours in the daytime . she seems ok in herself, could it be because she's so active now or a growth spurt?

Tayla has the same amount of sleep as that now At that age she would be up and hour or two then go back to bed for another nap, then another nap in the afternoon

Stephen has a nap for about 45 mins about 2 hours after he gets up and then about 2 hours at lunchtime too. He sleeps for 12 hours at night too so Ava might just need a bit more at the moment, but I think 3 hours is ok in the day at her age xxx

alfie sleeps 12 hrs at night (13 hrs last night) and he tends to have a nap in the morning of about 45 mins - 1hr a then maybe an hour on afternoopn.

i think its prob os shes more active so using more energy!

elijah is sleeping on and off for about 9 hours at the moment (1am onwards and up every 2 or so hours), he almost always needs a sleep 2 hours after he wakes up...maybe 30 minutes, 45 if im lucky. he generally needs a nap of around 2 hours in the afternoon and is great if he manages it, if not he is grumpy! but after that he maybe has 30 mins around 6pm then is up til 12 or 1

this is not a good prototype for sleeping babies!

yeh thats sounds about right for her age, the more active they get, the more tired they get x

A still gets that now. bed from 7-8/9 and a good 2/3hr naop thru day
