I heard bubba's HB today and it sounds completely different to what rowans did |

| Apparently if it sound like galloping horses its a girl and a train chuffing down a track its a boy. Don't know whether its true. Mine all sounded the same. Think there is something to do with how fast it beats too. |

| see with Rowan it was really really fast sounding and really nosiey.
this was obviously fast but more mellow sounding |

| Maybe it was the horses just at a canter!!!! It is nice to hear the heartbeat though. |

| elijah was definitely a galloping horse rather than a train - i think it's more likely that it depends on position/state of awakeness and activity rather than gender though...having said that there are old wives tales that girls and boys heartbeats are different rates only 2 weeks til you find out |

| i have a fetal doppler and the 2 heart beats were definately different i knew straight away that sophia was a girl tottaly ifferent sound and speed of the heart rate oooohhhhh sounds like u may b a pinky this time im deffo saying a wee girlie 4 u next |

| When I hear this ones heartbeat it doesn't really sound any different to Libby's but then I suppose it's difficult to know unless you have a recording of them both to compare (which I dont). Not long hun, it will soon come round. xxx |

| iv herad somethig like boys average at 120bpm and girls average at 16obpm...or os it the other way round but its not law, a boy could have a faster or girl could have slower x |
