Sold a pram on eBay collection only. Emailed seller he said he would come last week to collect. Never heard anything so phoned him today and asked when he was coming and the answer I got was,
'Ive no idea I'm very busy if you want cancel the transaction go ahead'. I'm so mad, can even leave neg feedback as you can only leave positive feedback for buyers. I've cancelled it and rel-listed it. Grrrrrrrrr

He's never paid for it, it was cash on collection!

You can add a comment to the feedback if you go into the help section. Report him to ebay as well and tell them the whole story. Bloomin a*ss for doing that. Good on you for relisting. Ebay will refund the fees to you for the sale and possibly relisting. I've had to do that before. Hope this helps
