anyone know wat causes restless legs and how i can get rid of it>?! the past few nights its been stopping me from sleeping and my legs are killing now. ive had a hot bath and ive taken some paracetamols. its the top of my legs and then down my shins.
grrrr its so annoying!!

I get it too and its a pain in the butt. I sometimes find my whole body gets the restless ache as well and will toss and turn all blooming night. Not sure how to ease it though x

I find if I can stretch my legs out in a comfy way it helps... i will stretch one leg out and try and wrap the other one around so they are sort of both stretched but I dont need to tense or hold them there... either that or just walking around and then NOt thinking about the restless legs lol.
apparently caffeine alcohol and fags can make it worse and it might be linked to a vitamin deficiency but I guess the only way to test that theory is to take multi vitamins and see if it helps x

i remember having this when i was pregnant - if you extend your muscles really quickly (as in flex your foot as far as you can and back quickly) about 20 times on each side that used to help me, also body shop cooling foot spray was awesome

well i dont drink much coffe, dont drink much (altho im sitting with a can now doesnt exaplin the past few nights) and i dont smoke!!
it prob is a vitamin definciency. deffo think i might invest in multi vits. thnanks jaDE X
