OK, I feel rubbish.
Every day I feel exhausted, shakey, legs can't hold me up, spinning head, dizzy, panic attacks about 3 times a week, can't walk straight, have banged into just about every door and wall in the house, so i'm covered in bruises

Any ideas? I know I'm exhausted but as i've had to increase my hours at work, and oh is busy with work so he's no help, there's really no avoiding that. I was thinking maybe anameia, but i don't really know what that feels like. Or stress?

I can barely get up from the sofa today, Milo is not impressed and I feel bad that i can't do a lot with him. aaah this is rubbish..
