i have just sold a pile of dvds on ebay and i never expected any to go over 99p but what amazes me is that some have paid more than what they are going for brand new in tescos !
i have come to the conclusions either A - they live in the country with only a corner shop nearby
or B- they are addicts and must win item lol

have you ever been guilty of that ? paying over the odds for an item just because it has become a mission that " i will win that item " ? i know i have

Lol i always say ill stop at a certain price then go over it just because i wanted to win then after i think woops!

Nope, I'm the opposite I refuse to pay alot for an item and would rather look in shops first

We have sold things for ridiculous prices though, once Simon and his mate were in a really cheap crappy shop and decided to buy something each and see who makes more selling them on ebay, Simon bought these little wooden nutcracker xmas tree decorations - he bought a box of 6 for 50p and put them on. They sold for £15!!!! Needless to say he went and got the whole stock of them (think he bought about 10 boxes) and they sold for anything between £5 and £25

I've also sold cushion covers that I bought in the sale somewhere - 4 for about 2, they sold for £26

This is why I dont buy things straight away off ebay and look around first

oh susan i love it when that happens ! , i was in logo and they had a mega shoe sale , 5 pairs for a tenner ,, i could only find 4 pairs i really liked so bought a 5th pair and ebayed them

£2 pair of crappy shoes went fo £27 !
