Its quite easy
there is a new option called extra easy, where you get to basically eat as much lean meat, pasta potatoes, rice, fruit and veg as you like
Im quite enjoying it

I struggled with ww but love sw! I've bought a few recipe books but the best ideas come from the ladies at the group!

Soups are my favourite, especially in the winter!

yes it is quite expensive, it's £5 per week but you can book in 3 month blocks and get a slight discount. I wanted to lose a stone so I joined and paid for 12 weeks and had a little agreement with myself that I MUST lose that stone in 12 weeks and I did. I'm at target now so only attend every few weeks.

I joined SW about 3 weeks ago and have lose 4.5lbs so far. Coming off slowly but surely but tbf i havent followed it strictly. I still drink quite a bit at the weekend etc and i have a take away every week. I try to be good during the week tho. The basic ExtraEasy plan is

- As much extra lean meat, pasta and potaoes as u want
- PLUA 15 syns a day
- Encourages to cook meals from scratch
- Plenty of high fibre to fill u up
- Dairy products to get ure vitamins
- Encourages u to eat 1/3 of ure daily food allowance as fuit or veg

Yeh you can when your pregnant Clare, but my MW was a bit mean and told me i couldn't do it as I shouldn't diet when PG, which is why now I'm a size 22 still after having Harry (was a 26 in June when I joined SW), so go for it hun its better to try a control the amount of wieght you gain during PG.

I joined SW in June and have lost 2 stone, still got loads to go xx
